Regulations
1.Application:
1.1. Each participant chooses any country with list. (List below)
1.2. The application must include the name, surname, nationality and song of the artist.
1.3. The representative is a person who is a national or closely related to him.
1.4. The song can not come from the Eurovision Song Contest, Junior Eurovision Song Contest and national select Eurovision.

2. Voting of jurors:
2.1. Voting takes place on the Eurovision scale. The best song will receive 12 points and the next song will be 10,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 points + five countries [11,12,13,14,15 places].
